Welcome flexibility and ease to the low back with gentle spinal flexion, extension, and twists. Learn breath practices to reduce low back and pelvic pain. Our workshops are 70% discussion of research, theory, explaining techniques and Q&A with a smaller portion dedicated to practicing the yoga techniques.
