Are your employees feeling tired and run down? Join us for a workshop full of movement, lymphatic breathing and body techniques to help you ease into the seasonal changes with a spark of vitality! End with a gemstone meditation for deep peace and vital health.
 
*Your lymphatic system is part of the immune system and helps protect your body from illness causing pathogens, maintains fluid levels, absorbs digestive tract fats and removes cellular waste.

Myofascial Release for Mobility (6-week series)

Does your team regularly mention knots in their shoulders or low back pain? Let's give them the tools they need to ease away tension anytime at work or home! This 6-week series of weekly sessions provides a brief introduction to Myofascial Release (MFR), along with easy-to-use techniques for improving range of motion in the shoulders, back and hips. MFR uses props and body weight to encourage the connective tissue in your body to release tension allowing the tissues to glide freely and rehydrate.
 
Includes one yoga block, one strap and two myofascial balls with domestic shipping for up to 20 participants. Each additional prop package is $30.
