Myofascial Release for Mobility
This program provides a brief introduction to Myofascial Release, along with easy-to-use techniques for improving range of motion by releasing adhesions, massaging trigger points and nourishing our connective tissues. This modality uses our own body weight against props such as massage balls, blocks or the floor.
