- Live, guided instruction on Zoom for up to 100 logins
- Choose from Desk Stretches, Meditation, Mat Yoga or a combination
- Free access to the next two Love + Asana Community Classes (no limit to how many employees can attend, live on Zoom)

At least 7 business days notice required for scheduling
Current availability is Monday-Thursday from 7am-5pm MDT, Fridays 8am-12pm MDT
Sessions outside of regular hours are an additional $75 based on availability
Prices are subject to change without notice
Online waivers are required for any movement-based session, either from individuals or the company on behalf of participants
Recording of sessions will only be offered through Love + Asana's Zoom account and must be requested prior to the start of your workshop
All content is the property of Love + Asana and recording without prior approval from Love + Asana is prohibited
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Credit cards, ACH and PayPal accepted.
We do not accept check payments and do not provide banking information through third-party accounting systems.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to your session will receive a 100% refund. Notice must be emailed and received by Tiffany at loveandasana@gmail.com. If you cancel with less than 7 days notice of your scheduled session, no refund will be given.
Refunds will not be provided for sessions with zero attendance or "less than expected" attendance.
RESCHEDULING POLICY
Please provide at least 3 business days notice to reschedule your sessions. Sessions with less than 3 business days notice will be counted as "used" without any refund provided, unless otherwise approved by the owner of Love + Asana.

- Relax & Stretch: Combines gentle stretches, slow flow for hips, shoulders and back, ending with meditation. Leave feeling relaxed and refreshed! Suggest 30 or 45 min

Desk Stretches for Better Posture: Release tension in your neck, shoulders, hips and back so you can sit tall and breathe deep! Suggest 15 or 30 min
- Focus & Center Meditation: Guided relaxation techniques to calm and reset. Perfect for your morning, lunch break or to end the work day! Suggest 15 or 30 min
- Grief Meditation: Provide a supportive, neutral environment for teams experiencing loss to process grief through a guided meditation led by our certified Death Doula. Led by Erin, Suggest 30 or 45 min
