Hey there! I’m Tiffany - a corporate yoga coach with a passion for sharing simple techniques to manage stress and improve range of motion.

"After spending years stressed out from corporate jobs in Information Technology and event management, I knew something had to change."

Yoga helped me cultivate awareness of what was working and what wasn’t (in my body, mind and life), then gave me the tools I needed to take action towards a better version of me. This meant cleaning up my nutrition, meditating for mental clarity, managing my migraine attacks and using my physical practice to improve strength and flexibility.

You may join my sessions feeling overloaded and overwhelmed, but you’ll leave with a relaxed, happy yoga face – ready to take on the day after a quick reset. My fun, approachable style makes classes feel like you’re hanging out with friends while also improving your mental and physical health.

I’m certified in Power Vinyasa Yoga from CorePower, currently working on my 500-hour training with Yoga Medicine, trained as a massage therapist from the Denver School of Massage Therapy, and graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. in International Business from the University of Colorado at Denver.

Fun Stuff! I love...iced dirty chai lattes, smoosh-faced dogs, watching waves crash, smelling fresh mountain air, dancing Argentine tango, and stuffing my face with vegan blueberry donuts.

I’m Isaac, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer! Focusing on fitness helped me build my confidence and I know it can help others find happiness and confidence within themselves.

"My fitness journey began after I was unhappy with my weight in the 9th grade. I was depressed by the person looking back at me in the mirror and I knew I needed to make a change. I reached 200 lbs and was struggling to tie my shoes at the age of 16. From that day on, I started with running and calisthenics to help me reach my goal. Nutrition was where I struggled and knowing what I should and should not eat, how much, or how little to eat was a challenge."

I finally found what worked for me and my lifestyle, and at that point I discovered and truly believed that fitness can change lives. You need to simply believe you can do anything if someone just helps you see it, just as I saw the change within myself.
