  • Experience a guided meditation to help tune into gratitude & mentally reset

  • Commit to your journaling habit with the support of your instructor & group

 

Additional Details: Once you register, you will receive a calendar invite from loveandasana@gmail.com with the Zoom link and any other session details. Please add my email to your contacts so you receive all reminders during the series. Each session will be live on Zoom. Replay link will be sent to you after each session. The recording will be available for 1 week, no downloading. 

Yoga Teachers receive 3 Yoga Alliance contact hours. Let me know after the last session and we’ll provide you with a certificate to upload on the YA site.

The Story Behind Get With Gratitude

Tiffany Lord is a Resilience and Stress Management Expert and founder of Love + Asana. She understands first-hand how small shifts in daily habits can add up to huge impacts on positive mindset, emotional response and truly being able to live your life to the fullest.

Her wellness journey started when she was a child learning to manage anxiety and Migraine, but ramped up after her mother passed away from breast cancer. Finding a path to appreciation amidst grief was one of the most difficult tools to access but has helped her mentally and emotionally from that point on. It's now one of the techniques she loves sharing with clients so they can help uplift themselves through times of grief, celebrate in times of joy and find gratitude for the times in between.

Tiffany is a Continuing Education Provider with the Yoga Alliance and a Yoga Medicine Therapeutic Specialist. Her wellness articles have been featured in print and online publications, such as fyi50+ and CO Yoga + Life. She is the creator of several online wellness programs to support physical and mental health, such as Beginner Meditation Program for Overthinkers and Reprogram Your Nervous System with Restorative Yoga.

Tiffany created two "Get With Gratitude" journals to accompany this workshop series. Each has 30 days of journal prompts, her favorite mantras, a habit contract and gratitude tracker. All of this will be discussed and used in the online workshop.
You will receive one of each after you register, unless you choose to purchase them on your own. Journals will be mailed one week prior to the first session. If you are outside of the United States, you must purchase your journals on your own using the Amazon links below.
