Join us and get with gratitude!

 

In this 6-part series, learn about the positive effects of gratitude on your body, mind and spirit while exploring ways to access gratitude outside of the OG prompt "I'm grateful for XYZ". Build a habit of gratitude journaling with accountability from the group, get access to the instructors via email and most importantly - feel the impact of a consistent gratitude practice!

Each week, our gratitude group will:

  • Check in to see how your journaling habit is going
  • Get a chance to ask questions and receive tips on successful habit-building
  • Discuss positive effects of a gratitude practice
  • Have time to journal during our session so you're guaranteed to do it that day
  • Experience a guided meditation to help tune into gratitude & mentally reset
  • Commit to your journaling habit with the support of your instructors & group

Tiffany created a "Get With Gratitude" journal to accompany this workshop series. It has 30 days of journal prompts, her favorite mantras, a habit contract and gratitude tracker. All of this will be discussed and used in the online workshop. You can purchase your gratitude journal through Amazon here and it will be shipped to you directly.

$40 includes all six sessions. Each session will be live on Zoom. Replay link will be sent to you after each session. The recording will be available for 1 week, no downloading.

Yoga Teachers receive 3 Yoga Alliance contact hours. Let me know after the last session and we’ll provide you with a certificate to upload on the YA site.

About Your Instructors:

Tiffany Lord is a corporate yoga coach and founder of Love + Asana, a virtual wellness studio focused on movement and mindfulness for stress management and improved mobility. Her fun, approachable style makes classes feel like you’re hanging out with friends while finding calm in chaos!

She is an E-RYT with the Yoga Alliance and finishing a 500-hour training with Yoga Medicine. Continuing education in relaxation techniques, myofascial release, yoga for COVID-19 recovery and training as a massage therapist help make her sessions relevant and beneficial to clients who want simple movement and mindfulness techniques that improve their quality of life. Her articles on wellness through yoga have been featured in online and print publications, such as fyi50+ and CO Yoga + Life magazine.

Erin Doty is a Love + Asana coach and Founder of HK specializing in yoga for pelvic health, fascia and chair yoga. She is a Master of Crystalogy weaving her expertise in therapeutic gemstones and subtle energy bodies throughout all of her sessions. Erin assists clients and students with discovering specific facets to live fearlessly with ease, align with clear direction towards self-awareness, enjoy optimal health, and live an abundant life.
