I've attended several different gratitude 'trainings' over the years. This one was far and away the best as it was actually doable. It didn't require a huge time/energy commitment, just enough to get your mind focused on the good in life without a lot of extraneous requirements. Also, the accountability for journaling that we set for ourselves on the outset was a great motivator. Tiffany's demeanor and personality throughout the series were so calming and focused.
Learn about the positive effects of gratitude on your body, mind and spirit while exploring ways to access gratitude outside of the OG prompt "I'm grateful for XYZ". Build a habit of gratitude journaling with accountability from the group, get access to the instructors via email and most importantly - feel the impact of a consistent gratitude practice!
Each week, our gratitude group will:
- Check in to see how your journaling habit is going
- Get a chance to ask questions and receive tips on successful habit-building
- Discuss positive effects of a gratitude practice
- Have time to journal during our session so you're guaranteed to do it that day
- Experience a guided meditation to help tune into gratitude & mentally reset
- Commit to your journaling habit with the support of your instructors & group

Registration includes all six sessions, plus the celebration session. You will also receive two Get With Gratitude journals (US only). If you are international, I will refund you the price of two journals from your registration so you can purchase them on your own from Amazon.
Each session will be live on Zoom. Replay link will be sent to you after each session. The recording will be available for 1 week, no downloading.
Yoga Teachers receive 3 Yoga Alliance contact hours. Let me know after the last session and we’ll provide you with a certificate to upload on the YA site.

As the founder of Love + Asana, I help busy professionals feel more resilient and empowered in their wellness using simple movement and mindfulness techniques to manage stress. This all-levels, accessible approach to physical and mental health at work allows employees to easily learn and implement healthy habits during their work day…and feel the benefits ripple out into all areas of life.
Since 2016, I’ve had the honor of coaching thousands of employees through virtual sessions and workshops focused on relaxation techniques, mindset, and mobility. My wellness articles have been featured in fyi50+, CO Yoga + Life, and I’m the author of three “Get With Gratitude” journals based on my online workshop series for resiliency through a grateful mindset.
I completed a 200-hour training through CorePower Yoga and received my 500-hour Therapeutic Specialist certificate through Yoga Medicine to complement my background in massage therapy and Bachelor’s Degree in International Business with Cum Laude honors from the University of Colorado at Denver. As a Continuing Education Provider with the Yoga Alliance, I share my knowledge of functional movement and the mind-body connection with yoga instructors wanting to deepen their teaching toolkit. My expertise in relaxation techniques and stress management also supports others living with Migraine through collaborations with Cove, an online migraine treatment company, and the International Headache Center.
When I’m not supporting wellness of others, I’m out improving my own – enjoying time with family & friends, dancing, hiking, bouldering in the gym, reading and drinking too many lattes :)
