A combination of wellness practices and support group, our online Cancer Wellness Community at Love + Asana is here to nourish your body, mind and spirit during treatment and beyond.
CONNECTION
Join others who are either in treatment or recently post-treatment right from your home to enjoy monthly movement & mindfulness sessions that help you feel present, nurtured and refreshed.
CONTROL
Regain a sense of control over your health with simple, effective techniques you can use to support your wellness by boosting immune function, easing treatment-related symptoms and relieving stress.
HOPE
Although the toll of a cancer diagnosis can feel all-consuming and even dark at times, there is always hope to be found. Hope for remission, recovery, peace or simply to feel a little bit better today than yesterday. Through mindset techniques, mindfulness practices and community, aligning with hope can become a natural part of your patterning to support you through treatment and beyond.
Join from anywhere - Membership is $30 per month and includes 2 live Zoom sessions with optional "support group" time each month with recordings (in case you miss them or want to revisit them for a more consistent wellness practice), plus access to me via email anytime for wellness support

Each month, we'll have TWO live Zoom sessions focused on nourishing and rebuilding your health through a variety of modalities from an integrative wellness approach. I'll offer techniques to help you find stress relief and reset your nervous system from any overwhelm and anxiety due to diagnosis, treatment and thoughts of recurrence. We'll also focus on real-time tools you can use to manage fatigue, nausea or other symptoms you want to share with me that are impacting your daily life. Plus other great techniques to help with mobility, breath capacity, immune support and mindset!
This is open to you regardless of where you live - as long as you have internet access that allows you to stream videos. I'm joining from Colorado but you can join from anywhere!
One session will include movement and one without (for days when you absolutely cannot fathom moving around). Both will be recorded and uploaded for you to watch on your own as needed during the month.
COMPLEMENTARY MODALITIES TO SUPPORT YOUR WELLNESS

- Yin Yoga - rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, these movements promote range of motion and energy flow along meridians using body weight to stimulate acupressure points that support overall wellness
- Gentle Flows - easy, slow movements that encourage healthy lymph flow & circulation while releasing stiffness

- Self Lymphatic Stimulation - promote healthy lymphatic flow to support your immune system using light touch on yourself
- Acupressure Points - self-stimulate these points in the body that can reduce nausea and treatment-related fatigue using light finger pressure

- Guided Relaxation Techniques - support relaxation and regulation of your nervous system through meditation, breathing and progressive relaxation - these tools can also decrease the effects of stress throughout the body such as reducing inflammation and creating an environment where your body can focus on healing
Each session will include 30 minutes of practice, with an optional 30 minutes for sharing and support (this portion will not be recorded). You can discuss your treatment wins, ask for advice from the group - whatever is on your mind, we're here for you. I'll also happily take requests about specific focus areas for upcoming classes at that time.
You are welcome to engage as much as you want during sessions. Your comfort is the most important factor, so if you're not feeling well that day and want to have your camera off or simply listen - that's perfectly fine. Sometimes just being in the presence of the group can be healing in and of itself!

INSPIRATION BEHIND THE CANCER COMMUNITY
I'm starting this community in 2026 as a tribute to those I've lost to cancer - my loving grandfather to Glioblastoma, my beautiful mother to Triple Negative Breast Cancer and my best friend to Colon Cancer. These losses have shaped me in so many ways and also remind me that it is part of my path to love and support people with cancer. I've worked with those in palliative care & hospice, supported private clients with cancer and am a magnet for people to tell me about their personal or family cancer experiences. So for the New Year, I'm inviting and calling you into this community to share, heal and maybe even laugh together while strengthening your resilience, immune systems and overall wellness.
Through my training as a Massage Therapist and Yoga Therapeutic Specialist and research in Integrative Oncology, Wellness and Nutrition over the past 20 years, I know that there are so many ways to support yourself through cancer treatment and beyond that are unfortunately not at the forefront of many conventional healthcare discussions. This community is about offering options to help you feel as well as you can, while supporting your body's innate ability to heal - whether you're just getting started with surgery, chemo, radiation or you've finished treatments and are on the path of recovery, I'd love to see you in our group!
