How long are the sessions?
Pricing includes any length of session that fits your team's schedule. Choose from 15, 30, or 45 minutes. Regardless of length, your employees will leave feeling supported, relaxed and ready to take on the rest of their day!
What can attendees expect in their session?
Your virtual wellness sessions can include yoga poses, meditation, mindfulness techniques, breathing or a combination of everything. We'll design sessions based on your requests.What do we need for class?
- Laptop or tablet with a solid, fast internet connection (microphone and webcam if you want to be on video or able to chat with us)
- You'll need to download Zoom (free app) prior to the session
- Space to move around
- Comfortable clothes
My employees are shy. Do they have to leave their cameras on during sessions?
It's helpful to leave cameras on for team building and so instructors can provide special cues, BUT videos are optional. We want everyone to feel comfortable and participate!
Are waivers required?
Online waivers are required for any movement-based session. This is a standard across yoga studios virtually and in-person. You have the option of individuals submitting their own waivers or your company can sign a waiver on behalf of all participants. The waivers are quick and simple to fill out. There is no personal information required except for name, date and company. These are done via Google Forms.
Can we record the session for employees to watch later?
Yes! You must let us know that you want a recording at the time of booking. The recording will be done on Zoom. You will receive a link to the recording, which will expire after 7 days. No downloads available. All session recordings are the property of Love + Asana and distribution is not allowed. If you require a downloadable recording, these will be created separately (without your team's live comments during sessions) for an additional full session fee.
Our company doesn't allow Zoom. Do you teach on other platforms?
Yes! Our preferred platform is Zoom, but we're happy to teach on other platforms. We have experience with Amazon Chime, Microsoft Teams and WebEx. You must request the use of a different platform upon booking and provide us with the link for your session at least 24 hours in advance.
How do I schedule a corporate yoga session?

How far in advance do we need to schedule our session?
We suggest reserving your session at least 2-4 weeks in advance, so you have time to notify your team and get that time reserved on their calendar. However, we do book out up to 6 months in advance. Last minute booking? Email Tiffany at firstname.lastname@example.org to check availability.
We want to give our employees props to kick-off our wellness program. Can you help with that?
Absolutely! We offer the below prop packages for our corporate clients. Shipping is additional. Only available in the USA.

- 10-pack of blocks - $80
- 10-pack of straps - $80
- Prop Package (10 mats, 10 blocks & 10 straps) - $425
Do you have suggestions for session length?
It truly depends on your employees! Based on our experience working with remote teams over the past 6 years, 15-30 minute sessions are usually the most well-attended. These feel like easy breaks they can fit into their schedules without losing momentum. We're happy to discuss this with you when you book your session.
Can employees join prior to the session and get setup early?All sessions will start and end on time. Participants will be allowed to join the session 5 minutes prior to the start time. If you require that participants be allowed to join earlier than that, you must request this at the time of your reservation, pending availability.
What happens if we need to cancel or reschedule?You will receive a full refund if notice of cancellation is received within 7 business days of the scheduled session. Business days are Monday through Friday. Email cancellation requests to Tiffany at email@example.com
Refunds will not be provided due to zero attendance or "lower than expected" attendance.
What happens if nobody attends the session?
Each session includes up to 100 participants. Does that count family members attending with our employees?
We love seeing your team's family, roommates and pets! The "participant" count refers to the number of logins to your session. If you need more than 100 logins for your session, there will be an additional fee of $50 and more than 500 will be an additional fee of $100. You must notify us at least 48 hours prior to your session.
