This 6-week series of once weekly sessions provides a brief introduction to Myofascial Release (MFR), along with easy-to-use techniques for improving range of motion in the shoulders, back and hips. MFR uses props and body weight to encourage the connective tissue in your body to release tension allowing the tissues to glide freely and rehydrate.

Beginners welcome! In fact, these sessions are made for people who have never used MFR but want to learn ways to manage issues with muscle tension, postural patterns and good old fashioned knots on their own at home.

This is also a great way to reconnect to your body through movement, understand your range of motion and feel changes to areas that have felt "stuck" or "tight" right in class. No promises, but I've seen some amazing things happen for clients with MFR and experienced them myself. This is a practice I use at least weekly, sometimes daily depending on my activity level.

Myofascial Release online workshop series Tiffany Lord beginner friendly

Tiffany Lord is a corporate yoga coach with a background in trigger point therapy from training as a massage therapist and continuing education in Myofascial Release. She is an E-RYT, trained in Power Yoga through CorePower and currently enrolled in a 500-hour YTT through Yoga Medicine. When not living the entrepreneur life, Tiffany enjoys bouldering, dancing and camping.

For Yoga Instructors: This workshop series is eligible for 3 Yoga Alliance contact hour CEUs.

This workshop is not about diagnosing or treating any condition. You will be required to submit an online waiver prior to attending your first session.

Everyone who attends will receive a link to watch the recording. Workshop recording will be available for 1 week after the live session.
