These packs are created with a variety of paper designs based on what is in stock at time of purchase.

HOW TO USE YOUR GRATITUDE ACTIVITY PACK

• Share the benefits of gratitude with your group, either as part of a facilitated workshop or as an informal gathering
• Each person picks a card, writes their note of appreciation and puts it in the envelope for mailing
• Turn on relaxing or uplifting background music without vocals so it doesn’t distract from the act of writing & aligning with gratitude
• Leave time at the end for your group to share about their experience and celebrate their practice
