This workshop series is for Yoga Instructors

Give your body a break from the tension, trigger points & poor posture with Myofascial Release! This 6-session series provides a brief introduction to Myofascial Release, along with easy-to-use techniques for improving range of motion that you can start incorporating into your classes immediately.

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN:

-Gain a basic understanding of Myofascial Release (MFR) 

-MFR techniques for your neck, shoulders, hips and legs 

-How to use it for yourself & teach it to your students 

INCLUDED IN THE COURSE:

-Weekly live Zoom sessions with information on the anatomical structures addressed and MFR techniques for those areas (6 total, 30 minutes each)

-Homework after each session so you can experience the techniques in your body and teach them to your students, as applicable 

-Access to my on-demand MFR classes so you can experience the techniques from a group class perspective 

-A supportive instructor who will answer any questions you have during the course via email :)

Understand your range of motion through MFR! Myofascial Release can be a great way to reconnect to your body through movement, understand your range of motion and feel changes to areas that have felt "stuck" or "tight" right in class. We'll use compression to rehydrate tissues so they can glide easily and move as intended without feeling adhered or bound up due to scar tissue, past injuries and/or postural issues. 

Once you register, you will receive the Zoom link to attend my live online workshop series sent to the email address provided at checkout.
