Join me for one of my weekly movement and mindfulness classes online! All classes are LIVE on Zoom. Must RSVP 24 hours in advance.

CLASS SCHEDULE

WEDNESDAYS

Power Yoga Flow: CORE Stretch & Strengthen - 11:00am MDT (45 min)
Workout with this energetic power yoga flow designed to build strength and stretch your core - front and back! Posture can be a component of muscle tension in the body, which may trigger migraine attacks. If you feel like you're hunched over by the end of the day, join me and build muscle memory for better posture in your torso. This class is the same every week.
Props: None required. If you have props at home, feel free to use them in class.

Power Yoga Flow: NECK Stretch & Strengthen - 12:00pm MDT (30 min)
Workout with this energetic power yoga flow designed to build strength and stretch your neck, shoulders and chest! Posture can be a component of muscle tension in the body, which may trigger migraine attacks. If your stress from the day ends up manifesting in your neck and shoulders, join me to build muscle memory for better posture. This class is the same every week.
Props: None required. If you have props at home, feel free to use them in class.

THURSDAYS

Restore Express: Gentle Yoga Flow - 5:30pm MDT (30 min)
Unwind with this gentle movement class combining slow stretching with a focus on calming your nervous system to ready the body and mind for sleep. This class is the same every week.
Props: None required. If you have props at home, feel free to use them in class.

Meditate & Breathe - 6:30pm MDT (30 min)
Feel the stress melt away as you relax during a guided meditation and breath work practice! Use this class to start your meditation & pranayama practice or to create more consistency.
Props: None required. Feel free to have a block or pillow for seated meditation and breathing. If you enjoy props under the knees, neck or head when laying down, have those available.

Total Relax: Guided Meditation & Progressive Relaxation - 7:30pm MDT (30 min)
Allow your body and mind to fully relax with a guided progressive relaxation and open monitoring meditation practice. The entire class is done laying down. This class is the same every week. Perfect for those of you who have never meditated or tried meditation but didn't like it.
Props: None required. Feel free to have a bolster or pillow for underneath your knees (if you're low back gets sore after laying flat) and/or your neck. Eye pillows are nice as well.
