How do I participate in the course?
The program information will be sent to the email provided at checkout. You don't need any special software - only access to the internet. You can either use your cell phone or computer for the private virtual session on Zoom (with microphone, camera, and speakers).
I've never had a virtual session. How does that work?
Included in the program, you receive one private session to use during the month of your program. We'll schedule a time together for your 30-minute private session on Zoom. You may need to download the free Zoom app prior to the session, depending on your browser and whether or not you're using a phone. This session is only with you and me, so you can ask any questions you want about adding mindfulness to your life. It's all about you!
I'm super busy already. Will I actually have time for this?
Yes! The tutorials will all be under 10 minutes and so will your homework challenges. I'll provide guided meditations that last between 15-30 minutes, so you can choose what makes the most sense for your schedule. You can see results in as little as 20 minutes a WEEK!
