In this four-part series, experience integrating mental health habits for emotional balance, mental clarity, and somatic cueing for relaxation.
All sessions are at 1:30pm MDT // 3:30pm ET
$40 includes all four sessions. Each session will be live on Zoom. Replay link will be sent to you after each session. The recording will be available for 1 week, no downloading.
Yoga Teachers receive 2 Yoga Alliance contact hours. Let me know after the last session and we’ll provide you with a certificate to upload on the YA site.
