Meditation is about training your mind to focus on what you want it to focus on.
As long as you have a healthy, functioning brain you will have thoughts floating around in there. When you learn to focus your mind, it will feel “clear” and spacious. That space allows you to not get annoyed by every little thing that pops up in life. You can choose how to respond to things instead of defaulting. You may feel more present, actually enjoying your time in the moment instead of planning the next vacation or worrying about that report you have to submit by Friday.
- Weekly group sessions (30 minutes each) where you’ll learn meditation techniques coupled with journaling, breathing and mindfulness to manage stress and improve your mindset!
Choose sessions when you register. There will be classes available in mornings and evenings.
- Weekly group check-ins before sessions to share your wins and get tips to help you meet your meditation goals the following week.
- Tip sheet with ways to practice what you learn in real life situations to create consistency and take meditation with you wherever you go!
- Monthly one-on-one sessions (30 minutes each) to create your goals and a realistic plan to achieve them.
