Remember, consistency is key! Most beneficial when practiced daily for a period of 3 months HOWEVER start with baby steps. First step, try it once. Then make a goal to practice 3 days in a row. Next, practice each day for one week and so on.
Learn in the comfort of your home, but practice anywhere. Audio meditation is available for you to watch anytime, as many times as you want.
