Trouble falling asleep? Not feeling rested when you wake up? Join me for a 1-hour live workshop on Zoom to design an unwinding routine that makes sense for your lifestyle! We'll chat as a group about our sleep struggles, discuss ways to create bedtime rituals and get personal attention to design a self-care routine for sleep that makes sense for your lifestyle.
