Hard to find time for yoga? Want ways to practice without stopping your day for a full class? Join me for a 1-hour live workshop on Zoom to design a movement routine that makes sense for your lifestyle! We'll chat as a group about our movement struggles & goals, discuss ways to integrate poses for flexibility, strength and balance into everyday activities and get personal attention to design a self-care routine for movement that makes sense for your lifestyle.
