Glad you asked! I'm Tiffany Lord, your personal yoga teacher and Owner of Love & Asana. I received my certification in Power Vinyasa yoga through CorePower and have a background in bodywork, gymnastics...basically an overall wellness nerd. I  believe in the power of yoga to help with stress and anxiety, physical fitness, and learning to reconnect with your body. As a self-conscious bystander who was yoga adjacent for years, I truly LOVE helping others delve into their practice and overcome any limiting beliefs about who can do yoga. Guess what? YOU can do it!

How do I access the classes?

All classes are sent via email weekly and you will have unlimited views to watch the videos as many times as you want.

Do I receive the entire program all at once?

You will receive weekly emails with classes and instructions. This will give you time to digest all of the information. I will also email you during the week with useful tips to incorporate into your practice.

How much time does this program take?
To be successful in the program, you should allot 20-30 minutes of practice time 1-3 times per week. If you have questions about what an optimal amount of practice time is for you, feel free to email me at

Are printed workbooks, mantra cards and calendars available?

We want to be as environmentally friendly as possible, so you will receive a PDF of each to print out on your own (if you want to).

How do I play the music for each class?

The Spotify playlist links will be included under the video description for each class. Click on the links and you will be directed to the playlist.

Do I have to talk to you or do yoga with you on a LIVE Zoom call?

Nope. If this makes you super nervous, don't even stress. This is an OPTION for you to use if you want to as an add-on to the program. I've seen powerful transformations with students who use the coaching calls weekly. If you're someone who learns better with a live accountability coach, please take advantage of this and move forward with the online + virtual program.

What is power yoga?

It's a vigorous, flowing practice that allows you to connect your breath to movement - creating a moving meditation. It's generally practiced in a heated room, but the benefits are still experienced at home or outside. Power yoga is a workout that will build strength and flexibility in both the body & mind.
