My 4-week LIVE VIRTUAL course gives you simple tools to be present in your everyday life!
We'll get together each week as a group to discuss a quick, simple yoga technique for mindfulness, practice together and set a goal for the week. Live Q&A available during each session. All sessions are 45 minutes. If you miss one, you'll be emailed a link to watch the recording.

Each week you attend a Zoom workshop and get:
- Live tutorials with me guiding you through a specific mindfulness technique (4 total)
- Practice Challenges - when and how to incorporate the technique into your real life
- Guided meditations for relaxation & alignment with your goals - approximately 10 minutes each (4 total)
- Live Q&A with me
- Recordings of each workshop in case you miss it or need to re-watch later

About Tiffany Lord, your yoga coach:
I'm the founder of Love & Asana, private yoga coach and resident yoga instructor for the International Headache Center. How do I participate in the course?
Once you register, you'll receive a Zoom link to access the live workshops. Dates depend on what you choose from the drop-down above. Weekly workshops are live and will have the ability for you to ask questions.
What happens if I miss a workshop?
You'll receive a recording of the workshop to watch whenever you have time.
Can I join from anywhere?
Yes! You can participate as long as you have a solid internet connection, web camera and microphone.
What does Live and Virtual mean?
All workshops are virtual - you'll join with a link on your computer, tablet or phone from wherever you are (home, office, hotel room, etc.). The workshops are also live - we'll be able to chat real-time. These are not recordings. If you have questions, I'll be able to answer them right there on the spot! Its like FaceTime or Skype.
Does it cost extra to use Zoom?
Nope! Its a free app that you will download to your computer, tablet or phone prior to our first session. After that, you'll just click the workshop link that I send and you're ready to go.
