It’s easier to be mindful on the mat in class, but what about when you leave? My 4-week online course gives you simple tools to be present away from the studio in your everyday life! Learn quick techniques and how to integrate them so mindfulness becomes part of everything you do. Real world applications!
Each week you get:
- Video tutorials guiding you through a specific mindfulness technique (4 total)
- Practice Challenges - when and how to incorporate the technique into your real life
- Guided meditations for relaxation & alignment with your goals - approximately 10 minutes each (4 total)

I'm the founder of Love & Asana, private yoga coach and resident yoga instructor for the International Headache Center. I'm super busy already. Will I actually have time for this?
Yes! The tutorials will all be under 10 minutes and so will your homework challenges. I'll provide quick guided meditations that last 8-15 minutes, so you can choose what makes the most sense for your schedule. You can see results in as little as 20 minutes a WEEK!
