Meet Erin, Virtual Yoga Instructor
Erin Doty assists clients and students with discovering specific facets to live fearlessly with ease, align with clear direction towards self-awareness, enjoy optimal health, and live an abundant life. Erin is owner of HK LLC, which integrates yoga, wellness, and gemstones for therapeutic use. Her authenticity and joy allows for an inviting and welcome experience to everyone. Certifications: E-RYT200, RYT500, Certified Body Positive Yoga, Fascia Yoga, and Yoga for Pelvic Health, Certified TAOMCHI Master Crystalogist and Death Doula.
Meet Isaac, Virtual Personal Trainer
I’m Isaac Vela, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer! My fitness journey began after I was unhappy with my weight in the 9th grade. I was depressed by the person looking back at me in the mirror and I knew I needed to make a change. I reached 200 lbs and was struggling to tie my shoes at the age of 16. From that day on, I started with running and calisthenics to help me reach my goal. Nutrition was where I struggled and knowing what I should and should not eat, how much, or how little to eat was a challenge. I finally found what worked for me and my lifestyle, and at that point I discovered and truly believed that fitness can change lives. Focusing on fitness helped me to build my confidence and I know it can help others find happiness and confidence within themselves. You need to simply believe you can do anything if someone just helps you see it, just as I saw the change within myself.

All sessions are live on Zoom and specially created based on your requests. You tell us what your team needs - stress relief, core strength for better posture, stretches to release muscle tension - whatever will help them feel better in their bodies and minds. More About Tiffany
Tiffany Lord is a yoga coach and founder of Love + Asana, a virtual studio launched in 2016 offering one-on-one sessions and corporate wellness programs. Her sessions incorporate movement and mindfulness focusing on benefits for stress relief and chronic pain. Tiffany’s fun, approachable style makes classes feel like you’re hanging out with friends while also improving your mental and physical health.
She is an E-RYT with the Yoga Alliance and currently enrolled in a 500-hour training with Yoga Medicine focusing on yoga applications for common range of motion issues. Continuing education in meditation, breathing techniques, myofascial release, yoga for COVID-19 recovery and training as a massage therapist help make her sessions relevant and beneficial to clients who want simple movement and mindfulness techniques that improve their quality of life. Her articles on wellness through yoga have been featured in online and print publications, such as fyi50+ and CO Yoga + Life magazine.
